Job Summary
As a member of the Project Delivery team, you will contribute to substation and infrastructure projects, renewable energy initiatives, contestable connections, and private network installations. Your responsibilities will include the installation of high and low voltage electrical equipment.

This role will require travel throughout the UK and overnight stays.
What You Will Do

Installation of LV/HV substation equipment
-
Installation of multicore cables and associated equipment for protection and control systems

Carry out HV cable installation, including jointing
-
Installation and termination of transformer tails/terminations
-
Support commissioning activities on new build projects

Execute small/panel wiring tasks

Handle small power and lighting installations
-
Conduct LV electrical testing (18th edition)
-
Install earthing and associated equipment
-
Adhere to company rules, health and safety, and environmental standards and practices

Collaborate with the on-site team as per Project Engineers' instructions and the work pack

Participate in training and continuous development as required

Promote a positive company image to clients
Ideal Candidate Experience

Emergency First Aid & Manual Handling

Full clean driving licence.

Current HV / LV authorisation (11kV and 33kV private networks or DNO)

CSCS / ECS Card
-
18th edition qualified
-
ONC/BTECH – Electrical engineering or equivalent

LV/HV cable jointing

MEWP licence
-
Scaffolding (PASMA)

Track record of experience in industrial electrical engineering and installation

Ability to read electrical drawings and flow diagrams
