Vacancy – Sales and Contract Coordinator

EAST has a new vacancy within our business. We are looking for a Sales and Contract Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gain an understanding of industry standards and regional DNO (electricity company’s) standards.
  • Attend site visits to look at potential projects and meet approved sub-contractors (eg civils).
  • Act as a central key account manager for clients who deal with both our O&M and Projects department.
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Complete tender submissions and pre-qualification questionnaires for new work opportunities.
  • Complete annual customer questionnaire/information updates.
  • Explore value engineered solutions and propose alternative options to both colleagues and clients.
  • Obtain price agreements from suppliers and negotiate best value.
  • Conduct regular reviews with main suppliers to ensure high standards of service are being received.
  • Be responsible for maintaining up to date prices/rates for estimating team to work from.
  • Keep up to date with industry intelligence and identify potential new leads.
  • Obtain feedback on submitted quotations and identify areas for improvement within company processes and procedures.
  • Help convert existing pipeline of tenders into secured orders.
  • Lead company marketing campaigns and creation of online social media content/updates.
  • PM project to build new website over the next 12 months.
  • Attend site at various stages of the project to obtain photos/information and produce library of case studies.
  • Develop internal communication process for sharing company updates on a quarterly basis.

    • Strong communication skills both with colleagues and customers.
    • A proactive and problem solving manner.
