I joined East Solutions straight out of college at 18 years old, stepping into my first fulltime role as a Finance Junior. I came across the opportunity on Indeed and after reading more about the company, I was keen to be part of it.

What stood out immediately was the welcoming, family style environment. Everyone was supportive from day one, helping to ease the transition from education into the world of work. Over time, I’ve progressed into the role of Finance Administrator, building my confidence and knowledge within the team and wider company.

​

Since joining, I’ve completed training in First Aid and Manual Handling. These are key foundational courses that support everyday awareness and safety.  I’ve always felt supported by leadership and encouraged to grow at a pace that suits me.

​

One thing I really appreciate about East is the culture of giving back. I’ve had the chance to take part in charity golf days and fundraising events, which are not only meaningful but also fun and great for team bonding.

​

Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active. I enjoy both golf and running, two hobbies that keep me focused and motivated. A recent highlight for me has been running a sub-50 minute 10K, part of a personal fitness journey I’ve been committed to.

East Solutions has given me the foundation to build my career in finance, and I’m excited to continue growing here, both professionally and personally.
