Under the stewardship of our HSQE Manager, Sarah, we uphold the highest standards in compliance, health, safety, quality, and environmental activities.
Sarah's expertise in HSE legislation, internal auditing, accreditation management, and process implementation is pivotal to fostering our culture of safety and compliance.
TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
In recognising that quality and safety go hand in hand, East Solutions invests heavily in the training and development of our workforce. Each individual is equipped with the skill set required to excel in their role, with comprehensive training programs encompassing a wide array of technical and health & safety related courses.
We champion change and a continuous improvement mentality through our “Switched On” initiative . Our "Switched On" initiative endorses an open-dialogue culture where staff are encouraged to voice new ideas, share feedback, and report observations, fostering an environment that could enhance our safety practices.
SUBCONTRACTORS
It’s paramount that every partner that stands alongside us not only shares our vision but also reflects it through actions. As a result, we conduct comprehensive checks to ensure that each subcontractor's HSE practices and paperwork stand up to our standards. The vetting process encompasses an intensive review of safety records, training protocols, and compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
By associating only with subcontractors who can mirror our HSE commitments, we actively minimise the risk of accidents on-site.
