Regional Team Talk

We recently had the pleasure of bringing together 45 colleagues for our South Team Talk. 

We were fortunate to be joined by Just Manley from Titanium Talks, who shared his personal journey and delivered a powerful talk on mindset. In a high-voltage environment, technical skill is only half the battle, ensuring we guard against complacency and always maintain a sharp, proactive mindset is what truly keeps our teams safe.

Among other safety updates, we also shared the latest progress on our CSR policy, ensuring that as EAST grows, our positive impact on the community and environment grows with us.
